April 8 – 10, 2025

The conference is tentatively scheduled to begin at

10 a.m. on April 8 and will conclude by 12:30 p.m. on April 10.

Early Bird Registration is Extended to February 7 

 

All registrations include an individual membership to either MPHA or MEHA.

Attendees must be a member to attend the conference. 

 

Early Bird Registration: December 19 – January 31  February 7

  • $390 | Full Conference
    • Includes an individual MPHA or MEHA membership
  • $195 | One Day Registration
  • $195 | Undergraduate College Student
    • Includes an individual MPHA or MEHA membership
  • $125 | Board of Health Members 
    • Includes an individual membership for the Montana Public Health Association.  
    • 50 – 100% scholarships are available to cover the cost of registration.
    • The Board of Health Track is half of the conference from Tuesday’s opening, morning keynote through Wednesday midday. Registrants are welcome to attend the entire conference. 

Regular Registration: February 8 – March 21

  • $440 | Full Conference
  • $220 | One Day Registration
  • $245 | Undergraduate College Student
  • $125 | BOH Member

Late Registration: March 22 – April 2

  • Additional $45 on the regular rates
  • Late registration is not guaranteed
